Beau & Bell at South Farm

Our bell tents are in a secluded spot nestled within our valley, at the foot of the South Downs.

With just 10 bell tents and a large communal tent, our site is small and peaceful. We are fortunate enough to be surrounded by gorgeous downland, positioned close to the historic town of Lewes, vibrant Brighton, and only 5 miles from the stunning Sussex coastline. A fantastic location for a few days camping.

All 10 Beau & Bell tents have fully made up beds, soft matting and furnishings making for a restful stay within the South Downs National Park. Each tent has it’s own picnic bench and off the ground fire pit.

Our Booking Policy

  • We have a minimum 2 night stay (although there maybe some exceptions if we’re not busy - please email us to double check)

  • Cancellation fees apply

  • Check in 14:00-18:00 (19:00 on Fridays)

  • Check out by 10:00

  • Linen, pillows, duvets are provided. Please note campers will need to bring their own towels and tea towels

  • All bell tents have 3 beds (1 double/2 singles) for 4 people. An extra single bed is charged at £25 per night if you are a party of 5.

  • Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be kept on a lead near livestock and dog mess cleared up.

  • If you are booking for more than one bell tent, please email us before booking so we can discuss your needs.

  • A deposit is taken in case of damage to furnishings.

  • All rubbish is required to be taken away from site.
